After $JVP is listed, we will airdrop a certain proportion of $JVP to users who hold JVPA. And users can delegate JVP voting power by locking $JVP to get veJVP and maximize the voting power.

But before $JVP is listed, JVP Protocol will be directly delegate JVP voting power to help users directly to vote for the project on the Jasmy Grant.
